Eligibility

You agree to use Bussa solely for lawful purposes related to transportation planning, supply chain logistics, and global travel exploration. You may not interfere with the security of our site, attempt to access restricted commercial fleet data, or disrupt our high-speed transit schedules and booking gateways.
Travel Community and User-Generated Content
When submitting reviews for airlines, public transit systems, or overland RV routes on Bussa, you retain ownership of your content but grant us a license to use, display, and distribute it. You agree not to post false travel alerts, misleading logistics data, or inappropriate materials.
Intellectual Property Rights
All original content, including logistics whitepapers, travel destination guides, software, and visual assets on Bussa, is the exclusive property of Bussa or our licensors. You may not reproduce our proprietary supply chain routing algorithms or transit maps without explicit permission.
Disclaimers and Logistics Limitations
The travel guides, freight tracking data, and mobility advice provided by Bussa are for informational purposes. We do not guarantee the real-time accuracy of public transit schedules, airline delays, or commercial fleet availability, and we provide all information on an as-is basis.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bussa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our travel recommendations, logistics platforms, or transportation services, including delayed shipments or missed transit connections.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Bussa harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your breach of these terms, your use of our global travel tools, or your violation of any third-party rights regarding freight and supply chain operations.
